ABOUT NFL SUNDAY SURVIVOR

NFL Sunday Survivor is a private, recreational football-pick website used by invited participants to make weekly NFL picks, view results and standings, participate in Survivor rounds, and interact with other players.

NFL Sunday Survivor is operated by Doug Marx and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Football League or any NFL team.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect only information reasonably necessary to operate NFL Sunday Survivor. Depending on the features you use, this may include:

• Your username and display name.
• Your account password, which is stored in hashed form.
• Your weekly football picks and game results.
• Your mobile phone number if you choose to enroll in SMS notifications.
• Your SMS notification preferences and consent information.
• Messages or comments you voluntarily post within the website.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

Information collected by NFL Sunday Survivor is used to operate the game, maintain participant accounts, record weekly picks, calculate results and standings, administer Survivor rounds, provide requested notifications, and maintain the security and reliability of the website.

We do not use participant information for advertising or commercial marketing.

SMS TEXT MESSAGE NOTIFICATIONS

Participants may voluntarily provide a mobile phone number and opt in to receive NFL Sunday Survivor text message notifications.

SMS messages may include notifications that a new week's picks are available, reminders about approaching pick deadlines, notices that weekly results or standings are available, and Survivor round updates.

Message frequency varies, typically 2–4 messages per week during the NFL season. Message and data rates may apply.

SMS PRIVACY

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Mobile phone numbers, SMS consent records, and SMS notification preferences are used only to provide and administer NFL Sunday Survivor communications and to operate the messaging service.

SMS consent is voluntary and is not required to participate in NFL Sunday Survivor.

SHARING OF INFORMATION

NFL Sunday Survivor does not sell participant personal information. Information may be provided to service providers only when reasonably necessary to operate the website or deliver a service requested by the participant.

For example, if you enroll in SMS notifications, your mobile number and information necessary to deliver the message may be processed by our SMS communications provider.

We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the security and integrity of the website.
